Exercises and Herbs for Breast Enhancement

A lot of women opt for cosmetic surgery in order to enhance and increase the size of their breasts. However, what many of them do not know is that there are also several methods which can help them achieve the same results. Because there are no muscles found in the breasts, only glands and fat cells, there are no exercises which can make your breasts appear fuller and bigger. Underneath the breasts, there are pectoral muscles, which can make the breasts look more firm and higher when built up.

Fenugreek

Fenugreek is an herb often used by breastfeeding mothers in order to increase supply of their milk. It can also increase healthy tissues in the breast, which contribute to enhance the appearance of the breasts. Fenugreek has a reputation as an effective breast enlarger as it contains a synthetic estrogen used in promoting the growth of cells in the breast. Fenugreek is often available in tea or capsule form.

Before you actually take any type of herbal supplement, make sure that you talk to your doctor so that you are sure that they do not have any adverse effect on any of the other drugs which you might be taking. Because of the biological effects of herbal supplements, they can be dangerous when combined with other medications.

Saw palmetto

This herb, which has been used for so many centuries, can increase the size of a woman’s breasts. It has the capacity to block male hormones and therefore allows female hormones to play a role in the growth of breast tissues. Saw palmetto is often seen as an ingredient used in pills used for breast enlargement.

Fennel

This edible, tasty, and sweet vegetable may be consumed in the form of a tea or it can be used in breast massages. It serves as estrogen supply to the body, which is used to overpower male hormones and may cause the breasts to grow in size.

Pectoral Press

This kind of exercise often makes use of five pound dumbbells. Bend your knees slight and lie on your back; you can do this on the floor or by making use of a bench. Extend the arms straight on every side and bring them together slowly in front, on the level of your chest. Hold the position for about two seconds and then lower the arms again. Do this for about three sets, with 10 to 12 repetitions each.

Push-ups

Begin by lying on the stomach. Cross the feet and position the hands flat on the surface, in front of the shoulders. Lift yourself slowly until the arms are extended and you are balanced on your hands. Keep your back straight, bend the elbows and lower yourself until you are parallel to the floor. Try not to touch the chest on the floor.

Yoga

There are several yoga poses which encourage enlargement of the breasts. Some of these positions include the Ushtasana, Bhujangasana, Sajah Stabdhasana, Dwikonasana, and the Stabdhasana. Before trying any of these out, make sure that you are already familiar with the basic poses in order to avoid any kind of injury.
